G.S.R. 409 ( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of sec- tion 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 ( 52 of 1962 ) , and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India , in the Department of Revenue and Banking , No. 61- Customs , dated the 18th May , 1977 , the Central Government , being satisfied thatit is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby exempts coſſce falling under Heading No 1 of the Second Scheduleto the Customs Tariff Act , 1975 ( 51 of 1975 ) , when exported out of India , from so much of the duty of customs leviable thereon under the said Second Schedule as is in excess of Rs . 1100 per quintal .

सा ० फा ० नि० 409 ( श्र) केन्द्रीय सरकार , सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 (1962 का 52 ) की धारा 25 की उप -धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए श्रौर भारत सरकार के राजस्व और बैंकिग विभाग की अधिसूचना स 61-सीमाणुल्क तारीख 18 मई , 1977 को अधिकात करने हुए यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोक हित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है , सीमाशुल्क टैरिफ अधिनियम, 1975 ( 1975 का 51 ) की प्रथम द्वितीय अनुसूची के शीर्ष म ० 1 के श्रन्तर्गत सम्मिलित काफी को, जन उनका निर्यात भारत से कियाजाए , उक्त वित्तीय अनुसूची के अधीन उन पर उग्रणीय सोगाशुल्क के उतने भाग से छूट देती है , जा प्रति क्विन्टल 1100 रु ० से अधिक है ।

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of sec- tion 25 of the Customs Act , 1962 ( 52 of 1962 ) , the Central Government . being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby makes the follow- ing amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Department of Revenue and Banking No 261 - Customs , dated the 2nd August , 1976 , namely :-
In the Table annexed to the said notification , SL No 1 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted

सा० फा ० नि० 410 (श्र) केन्द्रीय सरकार , सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 25 की नप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए , यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोक हित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है, भारत सरकार के राजस्व और बैंकिग विभाग की अधिसूचना सं ० 261 -सीमाशुल्क , तारीख 2 अगस्त , 1976 में निग्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना से उपाबद्ध सारणी में क्रम स ० 1 और उससे सम्बद्ध प्रविष्टियों का लोप किया आएगा ।

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of sec- tion 25 of the Customs Act , 1962 ( 52 of 1962 ) , the Central Covernment , being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby exempts articles , other than copper waste and scrap , falling under Heading No 74 01/02 of the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act , 1975 ( 51 of 1975 ) , when imported into India, from so much of the duty of customs leviable thereon whichis specified in the said First Schedule as is in excess of 40 per cent ad valorem ,

सा ० का ० नि ० 411 ( प्र) केन्द्रीय सरकार , सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 25 की उप-धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि नोक हित में ऐसा करना श्रावण्यक है , सीमाशुल्क टैरिफ अधिनियम , 1975 ( 1975 का 51 ) कोपथम अनुसूची के शीर्ष सं ० 74.01 / 02 के अन्तर्गत सम्मिलित ताबा अपशिष्ट और कतरनों से भित्र बन्नुओं को , जब उनका आयात भारत में किया जाए , उक्त प्रथम अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट उन पर उमडणीय श्रीमाशुल्क के जतने भाग से फूट देती है, जो मूल्य के 40 प्रतिशत से अधिक है ।
