NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 25th June 1977
G.S.R 412(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2), read with sub-clause (1) of a clause (b) of sub-section (1), of section 7 of the Food Cor- porations Act, 1964 (37 of 1964), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri A. K Majumdar, Additional Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of Agri- culture and Irrigation (Department of Food), New Delhi, as a director on the Board of Directors of the Food Corporation of India, vice Shri R. Balasubramanian, and makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Food and Agriculture (Department of Food), No. G S R, 37, dated the 2nd January, 1985, namely —
In the said notification, for the entry (2), the following entry shall be substi- tuted, namely —
"(2) Shri A K. Majumdar, Additional Secretary To the Government of India, Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation (Department of Food), New Delhi."
