NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 25th June 1977
S.O. 411(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Agricultural Produce Cess Act, 1940 (27 of 1940), and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation (Department of Agriculture) S.O. No 4I9(E), dated the 19th June, 1976, the Central Government hereby fixes, for the pur- poses of levying the duty leviable under the Act, the tariff value specified in column 4 of the Schedule hereto annexed as the tariff value of the article specified in the corresponding entry in column 2 of the said Schedule (being an article included in the Schedule to the said Act)in respect of the unit specified in column 3 of the said Schedule.
2. This notification shall come into force with effect from the 1st day of July, 1977.
