NOTIFICATIONS
New Delhi, the 25th June 1977
S.O. 412 (E).—In pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Presidential and Vice-Presidential Elections Act, 1952 (31 of 1952), the Election Commission, in con- sultation with the Central Government, hereby appoints the Secretary to the Lok Sabha, Parliament House, New Delhi, to be the Returning Officer for the Presiden- tial election.
