ORDER

New Delhi, the 21th June, 1977

S.O. 416(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Paper (Control of Production) Order, 1974, namely—

1. (1) This Order may be called the Paper (Control of Production) Amendment Order 1977.

(2) It shall come into force at once.

2 In clause 7 of the Paper (Control of Production) Order, 1974, in sub-clause(1 ) after the words "square metre, the following words shall be added, namely.— "subject however to the tolerance permitted on nominal grammage as per relevant Indian Standards Institution specification" [No. 14(20)/75-Paper] B.
