ORDER
New Delhi, the 27th June 1977
SO. 417(E)/18E/IDRA/77.—Whereas by the Order of the Government of India, in the late Ministry of Industry and Civil Supplies (Department of Indus- trial Development) No S O 481 (E) /18AA/IDRA/75 dated the 8th September, 1975, issued under clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 18AA of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951) (hereinafter referred to as the said Order), as amended by Order No. SO 508(E)/18AA/IDRA/75 dated the 12th September, 1975, the Central Government have authorised Shri M K Modwel to take over the management of the industrial undertaking known as Messrs. Sen Raleigh Limited, Calcutta (hereinafter in this Order referred to as the indus- trial undertaking), for the period specified therein;

Exceptions, restrictions and limitations subject to which the provisions mentioned in column d) shall apply to the undertaking.

trial undertaking.
