S.O. 418 (E)/18E/IDEA/77.—-Whereas by the Order of the Government of India, in the late Ministry of Industry and Civil Supplies (Department of Industrial Development) No. S. O. 482(E)/l8AA/IDRA/75 dated the 8th September, 1975, issued under clause fa) of sub-section (1) of section 18AA of the Industries (De- velopment and Regulation) Act. 1951 (65 of 1951), (hereinafter referred to as the said Order), as amended by Order - No. S. O. 509(E)/18AA/IDRA/75 dated the 12th September, 1975. the Central Government have authorised Shri M. K. Modwel to take over the management of the industrial undertaking known as Messrs. Ancillary Industries (Lugs) Private Limited, Calcutta (hereinafter in this Order referred to as the industrial undertaking), for the period specified therein;
