New Delhi, the 27th June 1977
S.O. 421(E)/18E/IDRA/77 —Whereas by the Order of the Government of India, in the late Ministry of Industry and Civil Supplies (Department of Indus- trial Development) No, SO. 485(E)/18AA/IDRA/75 dated the 8th September, l975, issued under clause (a) of Sub-Section (1) of section 18AA of the Industries ("Development and Regulation) Act. 1951 (65 of 1951) (hereinafter referred to as the said Order), as amended by Order No S O 512(E) /18AA/IDHA/75 dated the 12th September, 1975, the Central Government have authorised Shri M. K. Modwel to take over the management of the industrial undertaking known as Messrs. Ancillary Industries (Cranks) Private Limited. Calcutta (hereinafter in this Order referred to as the industrial undertaking), for the period specified therein;
