NEW Delhi, the 21th June 1977
S.O- 422(E).—Whereas Messrs Shree Luchminarain Jute Manufacturing Company Limited owning an industrial undertaking is being wound up by the supervision of the Calcutta High Court, and the business of this Company is not being continued, And whereas the Central Government is of opinion that it is necessary, In the interests of the general public and, in particular, in the interests of production of jute articles, to investigate into the possibility of running the aforesaid industrial undertaking,
