S.O. 423 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 32E of the Indian Railways Act, 1890 (Act IX of 1890), the Central Government hereby appoints Shn Nripendra Das, District and Sessions Judge Darrang Tezpur, Government of Assam as a whole-time Claims Commissioner to deal with all the claims arising out of the accident involving 13 Up Tezpur Express between Udalguri-Rowta Bagan Stations on Rangia-.Rangapara North branch line section of Alipur Duar Division of M. F. Railway on 30th May, 1977. His headquarters will be at Tezpur.
