New Delhi, the 30th June 1977

G.S.R 426(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the fol- lowing further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Department of Revenue and Banking No 347-Customs, dated the 2nd August, 1976, namely:-—

In the said notification, in paragraph 2, for the figures, letters and word "30th June, 1977" the figures, letters and word "30th June, 1978" shall be substituted.
