G.S.R. 429(E). -In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11B of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby mokes the follow- ing further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance) No, 12-Customs (GSR-41), dated the 3rd January, 1969, namely —
