EXPORT TRADE CONTROL

New Delhi, the 4th July 1977

S.O 521 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports and Exports (Control) Act, 1947 (18 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, namely-—

1. This Order may be called the Exports (Control) Sixth Amendment Order, 1977. 2. In Part 'B' Schedule I, to the Exports (Control) Order. 1977, the following sub-item shall be deleted:—

"49(13)—Soda Ash".
