G S.R. 479 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by ub - rule( 1 ) of rule 8 of the Cen- + raj Exc se Rules , 1944, read with sub - section (3 ) of sect on 3 of the Additional Duties of Exc se ( Goods of Special Importance) Act , 1957 ( 58 of 1957 ) , the Central Government hereby directs that the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Depart- ment of Revenue and Insurance ) specified in column ( 2) of the Table hereto annexed , shall the further amended in the manner spec fied as the corresponding entry on column ( 3 ) of the and Tabe .

सा का नि '479 ( प्र). केन्द्रीय सरकार , अतिरिक्त उत्पवि-शुल्क ( विशेष महत्व के माल ) अधिनियम, 1957 ( 1957 का 58 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 3 ) के साथ पठित केन्द्रीय उत्पाद- शुल्क नियम , 1944 के नियम 8 के उपनियम ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए , निदेश करती है कि भारत सरकार के विस मनालय ( राजस्व और वीमा विभाग ) , की वे अधिसूचनाएं जो इससे उपाबद्ध सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट है , उक्त गारणी के स्तम्भ 3 मे तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि मे विनिदिष्ट रीति से मंशोधित की जाएगी ।

G.S R. 480 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule ( 1 ) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944 , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India , Department of Revenue and Banking No. 131 / 77- Central Excises , dated the 18th June , 1977 , namely : -
In the proviso to the said notification, in item ( 11 ) , the following shall be inserted at the end, namely :-
"subject to the condition that such yarn is purchased by a registered handloom coopera- tive society or any organisation set up or approved by the Government for the development of handlooms , and payment for uch yarn is made by cheque drawn by such cooperative society or organisation , as the case may be , on its own Bank Account;"

केन्द्रीय सरकार केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क नियम , 1944 के नियम शक्तियो का प्रयाग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के राजस्व और 131 77 - केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क, तारीख 18 जून, 1977 साका० मि 480 ( अ ) 8 के उपनियम ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदस बैंकिग विभाग की अधिसूचना म मे निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थान्
उक्त अधिसूचना के परन्तुक मे, मद ( ii ) मे, अन्त में निम्नलिखित अन्त स्थापित किया आएगा, अर्थात
" हर गर्त के अधीन रहते हुए कि ऐसा सूत्र रजिस्ट्रीकृत हथकरघा महकारिता सोसाइटी द्वारा हथकरघा के विकास के लिए सरकार द्वारा स्थापित या अनुमोवित किसी सगठन द्वारा क्रय किया जाता है , और ऐसे सूत्र के लिए सवाय ऐसी सहकारिता सोसाइटी या सगठन द्वारा अपने बैंक खाते से बैंक काट कर किया जाता है ; "
