NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 8th July 1977
S O 538(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (i) of section 5 of the Road Transport Corporations Act, 1950 (64 of 1950), read with rules 3 and 5 of the Delhi Transport Corporation (Members)Rules, 1973) the Central Government hereby appoints Shri A B Datar Joint Secretary and Financial Adviser, Ministry of Shipping and Transport as a Member of the Delhi Transport Corporation and makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport (Transport Wing) No S O. 338(E), dated the 1st May, 1976, namely,
In paragraph 1 of the said notification, for item (ii) end the entry relating thereto, the follow- ing shall be substituted, namely •—
"(b) Shri A.B. Datar, Joint Secretary and Financial Adviser, Ministry of Shipping and Transport."
