S.O. 539(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (I) of section 22 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951, the Election Commission hereby makes the follow- ing amendment in its notification No. 100/CS-MP/I/77(5), dated the 20th June, 1977, namely—

For the words "Special Secretary, Madhya Pradesh Vidhan Sabha", substitute the word "Shri Balwant Sahai, Under Secretary, Madhya Pradesh Vidhan Sabha "
