New Delhi , the 11th July 1977
G.S.R 483 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - clause ( r ) of clause 4 and sub- clause ( 1) of clause 4B of the Vegetable Oil Products Control Order , 1947 , read with the notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation (Department of Food) No. G.S.R. 740 dated the 6th June , 1975 , and in supersession of the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Civil Supplies and Co - operation G.S.R. No.474 ( E ) dated the 2nd July , 1977 , and the limits of usage of refined vegetable oils specified in sub - clause( a) of clause( 2) of paragraph 2 of the First Schedule to the Vegetable Oil Products (Standards of quality) Order , 1975 , the Director , Vanaspatı hereby prescribes the limits specified in column ( 3 ) of the Table below as the limits of uasge of the vegetable oil specified in the corresponding entry in column ( 1 ) of the said Table in the manufacture of vegetable oil product (other than products manufactured for non- edible industrial use) in the regions specified in the specified in the corres- corresponding entry in column (2) of the said Table for the period ponding entry in column ( 4) of the said Table .

2 This Order shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette and shall remain in force for the period upto and inclusive of the 30th of September , 1977 .

सा० का० ति० 483 ( प्र) -भारत सरकार के भूतपूर्व कृषि और सिंचाई मंत्रालय (ब्राद्य विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सख्या मा ० का ० नि ० 740 तारीख 6 जून , 1975 के साथ पठित वनस्पति तेल उत्पाद नियत्त्रण आदेश , 1947 के खंड 4 के उपखंड ( 1 ) तथा खंड 4 ख के उपखंड ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तिया का प्रयोग करते हुए , और भारत सरकार के नागरिक पूर्ति और सहकारिता मंत्रालय के आदेश संख्या सा० का० नि ० 474 ( अ ) दिनाक 2 जुलाई, 1977 और वनस्पति तेल उत्पाद ( क्वालिटी के मानक ) आदेश, 1975 की प्रथम अनुसूची के पैरा 2 के खंड ( 2 ) के उपखंड ( क ) में विनिर्दिष्ट परिष्कृत वनस्पति तेलो के उपयोग की सीमाओं को अधिक्रात करते हुए , वनस्पति निदेशक नीचे की सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 3 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट मीमाश्रो को , उक्त सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि मे विनिर्दिष्ट क्षेत्रो मे वनस्पति तेल उत्पाद ( जो अखाद्य श्रौ प्रोगिक प्रयोग के लिए विनिर्मित उत्पादो से भिन्न हो ) के विनिर्माण मे उक्त सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 4 ) सत्थानी प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट अवधि के लिए उक्त सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 1 ) की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट वनस्पति तेल के उपयोग की सीमाओ के रूप मे विहित करते हैं ।
