No. DRAWBACK/ PN - 26 / 77.-In ptolic Notice No DRAWBACK / PN - 1 dated the 15th October , 1971 pib hed in Part I , Section ( 1 ) of the Gazette of India , Extra - ordinary , as amend- ed from time to time the Central Government hereby make the following amendements - In proviso ( rer Sub- Serial No 5003 for the word , and figures " Notification No 5 / F . No. 602/ 33 / 75 - DBK dated 31-1-1976 " the words and figures " Notification No 138 / F . No 602 / 9 / 76 - DBK da ed 1-7-1977 " shall be substituted .
This Public Notice shall be deemed to have come into force on the Ist day of July 1977 .

प्रतिप्रदायगी सा ० सू०-1, दिनाक 15 अक्तूबर , 1971 में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित सशोधन करती है :-
उप - क्रम स ० 5903 के पश्चात् परन्तुक ( 1 ) मे " अधिसूचन। स ० 5,' फा ० सं ० 602 33 / 75- प्र ० अ ० , दिनाक 31-1-1976 " शब्दो और श्रको के स्थान पर "श्रधिसूचन। स ० 138 / फा ० सं ० 602′9′76 -प्र ० प्र ० , दिनाक 1-7-1977 " शब्द और अक प्रतिस्थापित किये जायेगे ।
यह सार्वजनिक सूचना जुलाई , 1977 के पहले दिन से लागू हुई मानी जाएगी ।
No. DRAWBACK/ PN - 27 / 77.- Under rule 4 of the Customs and Central Excise Duties Drawback Rules , 1971 ( Notification No. 52/11 . No 602 / 2 / 70 - DBK published in the Gazette of India Extra - ordinary , dated the 25th August , 1971 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Table published in the Public Notice No. DRAWBACK/ PN - 1 dated the 15th October , 1971 as amended from time to time
Sub - serial No 2109 and entries relating thereto shall be deleted .
सं ० प्रतिप्रदायगी सा० सू०-27 77.- पीमाशुल्क तथा केन्द्रीय उत्पादन शुल्क प्रतिश्प्रदायगी नियमावली, 1971 , ( भारत के राजात्र , असाधारण , दिनाक 25 अगस्त , 1971 मे प्रकाशित अधिसूचना सं ० 52' फा ० स ० 602 / 2 / 7० प्र ० अ ० ) के नियम 4 के अधीन, केन्द्रीय सरकार समय- समय पर यथामणोधिन सार्वजनिक सूचना सं ० प्रतिश्रदायगी 'सा ० /मू ०1 , दिनाक 15 अक्तूबर , 1971 मे प्रकाशित सारणी मे एनद्वारा , निम्नलिखित सशोधन करनी है :--
उप-क्रमाक 2109 तथा तत्सम्बन्धी प्रविष्टियां निकाल दी जायेगी ।
No. DRAWBACK / PN - 28 / 77.- Under rule 4 of the Customs and Central Excise Duties Drawback Rules , 1971 ( Notification No 52 / F No 602 / 2 / 70 - DBK publihsed in the Gazette of India Extra - ordinary , dated the 25th August , 1971 ) , The Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Table published in the Public Notice No DRAWBACK/ PN - 1 dated the 15th October , 1971 as amended from time to time-
) Polyester fibre content R 38 80 (Rs . thirty eight and paise eighty only) per kg .
2 For sub -stem ( b ) of item ( A ) of sub - serial No 2502 and the entries relating thereto , the following entries shall be substituted , namcly.- (b
3. For sub - item ( a ) of item ( 1 ) clause ( c ) of Sub Serial No 2503 and the entries relating thereto , the following shall be substituted , namely
(a) Polyester fibre Rs . 40 50 (Rs . forty and paise fifty only ) per kg .

समय - समय पर यथा सशोधित सार्वजनिक सूचना म ० प्रतिश्रदायगी, सा ० सू०-1, दिनाक 15 अक्तूबर , 1971 में प्रकाशित सारणी में एतद्वारा , निलिखित सशोधन करती है :
2. उप- क्रमाक 2502 की मद ( क ) की उप- मद ( ख ) तथा तत्सम्बन्धी प्रविष्टिया प्रति- स्थापति की जाए , अर्थात्
( ख ) पोलियेस्टर तन्तु अन्तर्वस्तु 38.80 रु ० ( केवल अडतीस रुपए अ मी पैसे ) प्रति किलोग्राम
3 उप - क्रमांक 2503 के खण्ड ( ग ) की मद ( i ) की उप - मद ( क ) तथा तत्सम्बन्धी प्रविष्टियो के स्थान पर , निम्नलिखित को प्रतिस्थापति किए जाए , अर्थात
( क ) पोलियेस्टर तन्तु
40 50 रु ० ( केवल चालीस रुपए पचास पैसे )
