New Delhi, the 15th July 1977
No. DRAWBACK/PN-30/77—Under rule 4 of the Customs and Central Excise Duties Drawback Rules, 1971 (Notification No. 52/P. No. 602/2/70-DBK, Published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, dated the 25th August, 1971), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Table published in the Public Notice No. DRAWBACK/PN-i dated the 15th October, 1971 as amended from time to time:—
(1) In proviso (ii), (i) under item (A) and (B) of sub-serial No. 2513 for the words and figures "Notification No. 20, dated 7-2-1977" read Notification No. 123 and 128 dated 1-7-1977 read with Notification No. 159-Customs dated 15th July, 1977."
(2) For the existing description against sub-item (i) of item (A) of sub-serial No. 2619, the following description shall be substituted, namely—
"Fabrics including machine embroidered fabrics (other than hand embroidered or hand-operated machine embroidered fabrics) and Hosiery, made wholly out of polyester filament yarn."

6 ^2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY PAR* I—SEC. 1(3) For the existing description against sub-item (i'i) of item (A) of sub- serial No. 2619, the following description shall be substituted, namely— "Fabrics including machine embroidered fabrics, (other than hand embroidered or hand-operated machine embroidered fabrics) quilted fabrics, quilted blankets and Hosiery made wholly out of Nylon filament yam."
(4) For the existing description against sub-item (m) of item (A) of sub-serial No. 2619, the following description shall be substituted, namely— "Fabric including machine embroidered fabrics (other than hand embroidered or hand-operated machine embroidered fabrics) and Hosiery, made of mixed yarn of nylon filament and polyester filament."
(5) In proviso (2) under sub-serial No, 2620, for the figures and words "Notification No. 20 dated 7-2-1977" read "Notification Nos. 123 and 128 dated 1-7-1977 read with Noti- fication No. 159 Customs dated 15th July, 1977.
(6) For the existing description against sub-item ^i) of item (A) of sub-serial No, 2719 the following description shall be substituted, namely— "Wholly out of polyester filament yarn (other than hand embroidered or hand-operat- ed machine embroidered fabrics)."
(7) For the existing description against sub-item (if) of item (A) of sub-serial No. 2719, the following description shall be substituted, namely— "Wholly out of nylon filament yam (other than fishing nets, and hand embroidered or hand operated machine embroidered fabrics)."
(8) For the existing description against tub-item (JM) of item (A) of sub-serial No. 2719, the following description shall be substituted, namely,— "Of mixed yam of nylon filament and polyester filament (other than fishing nets end hand embroidered or hand operated machine embroidered fabrics)."
(9) In proviso (2) under sub-serial No. 272t for the words and figures "notification No. 2,0 dated 7-2-T977" read "notification No. 123 and 128 dated 1-7-1977 read with Noti- fication No, 159-Customs dated 15th July, 1977."
