In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -sec ion ( 1 ) of section 16B of the Tea Act , 1953 ( 2 ) of 1953 ) , 1 Cemal Goreraneat hereby makes the following further amendment in the order of the Government of India in the Mini , try of Commerce , No. S.O. 798 ( E ) , dated the 16th December , 1976 , namely:-
Inagraph 2 of the sad order , for the figures and word " 210 days " the figures and word " 240 days" shall be substituted .

का ० ग्रा ० 553 ( प्र ) केन्द्रीय सरकार , चाय अधिनियम , 1953 ( 1953 का 29 ) की धारा 16 ख की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के वाणिज्य मन्त्रालय के आदेश सं ० का ० श्रा० 798 ( अ ) , तारीख 16 दिसम्बर, 1976 मे निम्नलिखित संशोधन और करती है, अर्थात् : --
उक्त आदेश के पैरा 2 में , " 210 दिन " अंकों और शब्द के स्थान पर " 240 दिन " भंक और शब्द रखे जायेंगे ।

S.O. 554 (E) -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 168 of the Tea Act, 1953 (29 of 1953 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amend- ment in the order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce , No. S.O. 799 ( E ) , dated the 15th December , 1976 , namely
In paragraph 2 of the said order, for the figures and word " 210 days " the figures and word "240 days" shall be substituted.

का ० प्रा ० 554 ( अ ) -केन्द्रीय सरकार, चाय अधिनियम, 1953 ( 1953का 29) की धारा 16 ख की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के वाणिज्य मंत्रालय के आदेश सं ० का ० आ ० 799 ( अ ) , तारीख 15 दिसम्बर , 1976 मे निम्नलिखित संशोधन और करती है, अर्थात्:--
उक्त आदेश के पैरा 2 मे , " 210 दिन " अंको और शब्द के स्थान पर " 240 दिन " अक और बशब्द रखे जायेंगे ।
