No. PEB-39/77.—In exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 3(1) (a) of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963) the Central Government hereby appoints Shri K K Uppal, Deputy Chairman, Bombay Port Trust, as Chairman, Bombay Port Trust, with effect from the afternoon of the 11th June, 1977 till further orders.
