New Delln , the 14th July 1977
No. DRAWBACK /PN - 29 / 77.- Under rule 4 of the Customs and Central Excise Du- ties Drawback Rules 1971 (Notification No 52 / F No 602 / 2 / 70 - DBK published in the Gazette of India , Extra ordinary , dated the 25th August , 1971 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Table published in the Public Notice No DRAWBACK /PN - 1 dated the 15th October , 1971 as amended from time to time
For Sub - Serial No 3611 , 3613 and 3614 and the entries relating thereto , the following shall be substituted , namely

The above rates of drawback arc subject to the condition that the rebate of the Central Excise duty paid on the raw materials used in the manufacture of the product of the rebate of Central Excise duty paid on the export product itseli , has not been availed of under the Central excise Rules , 1944 and the export 19 not made under bond .

The above rates of drawack at Sub - Serial No. 3613 and 3614 are subject to the condition that the rebate of Central Excise duty paid on the raw- materials used in manufacture of products or the rebate of Central Excise duty paid on the export product itself at Sub - Serial No. 3613 and 1614 , has not been availed of under the Central Excise Rules , 1944 and the export is not made ander bond .
This Public Notice shall be deemed to have come into force on the 11th day of May , 1977 .

[सं० प्रतिश्रदायगी/ सा० सू०-29/ 77. सीमाशुल्क नथा केन्द्रीय उत्पादन शुल्क प्रतिश्रदायगी नियमावली , 1971 ( भारत के राजपत्त्र , असाधारण, दिनाक 25 अगस्त, 1971 मे प्रकाशित अधिसूचना स ० 52 / फा ० स ० 602/ 2/ 70-प्र ०२० ) के नियम 4 के अधीन , केन्द्रीय सरकार समय -समय पर यथामशोधित सार्वजनिक सूचना २० प्रतिश्रदायगी सा ० मू ० 1 , दिनाक 15 अक्तूबर , 1971 में प्रकाशित सारणी में एतद्वारा , निम्नलिखित सशोधन करती है :-
उप- क्रम सं ० 3611 , 3613 और 3614 तथा तत्सम्बन्धी प्रविष्टियो के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात्

प्रतिअदायगी की उपर्युक्त दरे तभी लागू होगी जबकि उत्पाद के निर्माण में प्रयुक्त कच्चे माल पर अदा कि गये केन्द्रीय उत्पादन शुल्क मे छूट श्रथवा निर्यात किये जाने वाले उत्पाद पर ही अदा किए गए केन्द्रीय उत्पादन शुल्क मे छूट का लाभ केन्द्रीय उत्पादन-शुल्क नियम , 1944 के अन्तर्गत नही उठाया गया हो और निर्यात बध - पत्र के अन्तर्गत नही किया गया हो ।

464 00 रु ० ( केवल चार सौ चौसठ रुपय ) प्रति मीट्रिक टन ।
3614. नरम इस्पात से बनी चमकीली छड़े और शाफ्ट 324.00 रु ० ( केवल तीन सौ चौबीस रुपए ) प्रति मीट्रिक टन ।
उपक्रमाक स ० 3613 तथा 3614 के अन्तर्गत आने वाली प्रतिश्रदायगी की उपर्युक्त दरे तभी लागू होगी जबकि उत्पाद के निर्माण में प्रयुक्त कच्चे माल पर अदा किए गए केन्द्रीय उत्पादन शुल्क में छूट अथवा उपक्रमांक सं ० 3613 तथा 3614 के अन्तर्गत आने बाले निर्यात किरे जाने वाले उत्पाद पर ही अदा किये गये केन्द्रीय उत्पादन शुल्क में छूट का लाभ केन्द्रीय उत्पादन शुल्क नियम , 1944 के अन्तर्गत नही उठाया गया हो और निर्यात बंध- पत्त्र के अन्तर्गत नही किया गया हो ।
यह सार्वजनिक सूचना मई, 1977 के 11वें दिन से लागू हुई समझी जाएगी ।
