ORDER

New Delhi, the 15th July 1977

S.O.562(E)/15/IDRA/77—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development) No. S O. 361(E)/l5/IDRA/77 dated 20th May, 1977, namely :—

In the said Order :—

(I) under the heading "Members", after serial No. 3, the following serial number

shall be inserted, namely —

"4 Shri K P. Sharma, Member

Senior Cost Accounts Officer, Cost Accounts Division, Ministry of Finance, New Delhi

5. Shri A. K, Bhargava, Adviser, Member

State Enterprises Department, Government of Rajasthan, Jaipur."(II) In paragraph 2, for the words "five weeks" the words "twelve Weeks" shall be Substituted, [No. F. 2/29/76, CUC] A. K. GHOSH, Addl. Secy. (2325)
