SUBJECT.—Allocation of Non Coking Coal and Coke by the Coal India Limited.
No. 12-ETC(PN)/77.—It has been decided that with immediate effect, all allocations in respect of non coking coal and coke will be made by Coal India Ltd. only instead of Coal Commissioner, Calcutta and Regional Coal Commissioner, Shillong.
2. However, in respect of export of coking coal, allocations will continue to be made at Calcutta by Coal Commissioner, and at Shillong by Regional Coal Commissioner.
