S.R.O. I2-E.—Whereas the Central Government, by the notification ot the Government of India in the Ministry of Defence, No. S.R.O. 33-E, dated the 24th July, 1976, htid declrred that for the administration of the Lucknow Caittonment, it wis desireble ro vary the consti- tution of the Cantonment Board, Lucknow;
And Whereas the Central .Government is satisfied that for the sdmimsTrrtion of the Cantonment Lncknow, it is desirable to extend the term of office of the said board,
Nowj^Therefbre, in exercise of'^the powers conferred bv the pw>vit>Q to sub-section (4) of section 14 of the Cantonments Act, 1924 (2 of 1924), "die Central Government hereby extends the term of office of the laid Board up to and inclusive of the 15th November, 1977

S.R.O. 13-E.—In pursuance of sub-section (3), read with claufes (b) &nd (c) of sub-section (2), of section 14 of the Cantonments Act, 1924 (2 of 1924), the Central Governmeni heieby notifies that the following persons have been nominated by the Officer Ccmmrnding the Station to be the members of the Cantonment Board, Lucknow with effect frcm 24th July, 1977 up'to and Inclusive of the 15th November, namely :—
1. Colonel Gurdip Singh Wirk . . . nominated under clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 14.
2. Shri Gulu Thadani son of Shn G.H. Thadam nominated under clcu&e (C)
of sub-section (2) of section 14.
