S.O. 572(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 11 of the Copyright Act, 1957 (14 of 1957). the Central Government hereby appoint Shri B C. Chakrabarti, Judicial Sec- retary Government of West Bengal, as member of the Copyright Board vice Shri S. D. Bhambrij former Secretary, Administration of Justice Department, Government of Haryana, who has since relinquished the change of Administration of Justice Department. Shri B C. Chakrabarti shall hold office for the renaming term of the Board which is to expire on 23rd Sept., 1980 or till the date he holds office as the Judicial Secretary, Government of West Bengal, whichever date is
