NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 20th July 1977
S.O. 573(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Commissions of In- quiry Act, 1952 (60 of 1952) and in partial modification of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Home Affairs No. 21/33/77-T [S O. 375(E)] dated the 30th May, 1977 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (11), dated the' 30th May, 1977, the Central Government hereby appoints, with effect from the 20th July, 1977 Shri Justice Alak Chandra Gupta, Judge, Supreme Court of India, in place of Shri Justice D.S' Mathur (resigned), to constitute the Commission of Inquiry to inquire into the matter specified in the said notification.
