वर्तमान शब्दों के बाद निम्नलिखित शब्दों को जोड़ा जाए :-

"( 5 ) लाइसेंस जारी करने के लिए नए आयातको के आवेदनपत्त्रो पर भी निम्नलिखित श्राधार पर विचार किया जायेगा. (क) " आवेदक का 1974-75 , 1975-76 एव 1976-77 में से कम से कम किसी एक वर्ष के लिए इस मद ( मदो ) के आन्तरिक व्यापार मे व्यापार होना चाहिए"
(ख ) उपर्युक्त वित्तीय वर्षों में से किसी एक वर्ष के दौरान कम से कम वार्षिक आन्तरिक खरीद, बिक्री 50,000.00 रुपए होना चाहिए ।
( ग) उन आवेदकों के मामले में जिन की सर्वोतम वर्ष की खरीद / बिक्री 50,000.00 रुपए और अधिक किन्तु 1 लाख रुपए तक की है तो लाइसेस 5,000.00 रुपए के लिए ही प्रदान किए जायेंगे । उन आवेदको के मामले में जिन की सर्वोत्तम वर्ष की खरीद बिक्री 1 लाख रुपए से अधिक हो जाती है तो उन्हें 10,000.00 रुपए के मूल्य के लिए लाइसस प्रदान किए जायेगे ।

2. On a review of the po ation , it has been decided to substitute the following remarks . against the aforesaid Remark ( 2) : -
" Licences will not be valid for import of gold watch cases . Licences will not also be valid for other watch cases whosect / pricers less than Rs 6000 per dozen Import of dials / cases with foreign marking will , however , not be permitted . Import of Parts of such case , except glass will also not be allowed " .

स ० 51 - भाई टी सी ( पीएन ) / 77 -घडी के केस के श्रायान के बारे में अप्रैल 1977-- मार्च 1978 के लिए आयात व्यापार नियत्रण नीति पुस्तक के खंड-4 की क्रम सं ० 91.01′11 के मामने की टिप्पणी ( 2 ) की आार ध्यान दिलाया जाता है ।
2 स्थित की पुनरीक्षा करने पर यह निश्चय किया गया है कि निम्नलिखित टिप्पणियो को उपर्युक्त टिप्पणी ( 2 ) के सामने प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए:--
" सुनहरी घडियो के केस के आयात के लिए लाइसेस वैध नही होगे । लाइसेस उन अन्य घडियों के केस के लिए भी वैध नही होगे जिनकी लागत -बीमा- भाडा कीमत प्रति दर्जन 60.00 रुपए से कम है । लेकिन विदेशी निशान के माथ डायल केसेज के आयात की भी स्वीकृति नहीं दी जाएगी । ग्लास कोछोड कर ऐसे केसेज के पुर्जों के लिए भी स्वीकृति नहीं दी जाएगी । "
