No. DRAWBACK /PV - 31 / 77.- Under rule 4 of the Customs and Central Excise Duties Drawback Rules , 1971 ( Notification No. 52 /F. No. 602 / 2 / 70 - DBK published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary , dated the 25th August , 1971 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendmentsamendments in the Table published in the Public Notice No DRAWBACK /PN - 1 dated the 15th October , 1971 , as amended from time to time
I. For sub - item (a) of item (A) of sub - sertal No 2502 and the entries relating thereto , the following shall be substituted, namely
(a) Cellulosic Acetate Fibre content . Rs 1.80 ( Rupee one and paise eighty only ) per kg .
2 For sub - item (c ) of item ( 1 ) of clause (C ) of sub - serial No. 2503 and the entries rela- ting thereto , the following shall be substituted , namely :-
(c) Cellulosic Acetate fibre
Rs . 1.90 (Rupec one and paise ninety only) per kg .
This Public Notice shall be deened to have come into force on the 4th day of May , 1977 .

सं ० प्रति श्रवश्यगी सा ० स०-31 / 77.- सीमाशुल्क तथा केन्द्रीय उत्पादन शुल्क प्रतिश्रदायगी नियमा- वली, 1971, ( भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण , दिनाक 25 अगस्त , 1971 मे प्रकाशित अधिसूचना स ० 52'फा ० स ० 602/270 प्र ० श्र ० ) के नियम 4 के अधीन , केन्द्रीय सरकार समय समय पर यथासशोधित सार्वजनिक सूचना सं ० प्रतिश्रदायगी सा ० सू ० 1 , दिनाक 15 अक्तूबर , 1971 में प्रकाशित सारणो मे एतदृद्वाण , निम्नलिखि । सशोधन करती है
1. उप- क्रम स ० 2502 की मद ( क ) की उप- मद ( क ) और तत्संबधी प्रविष्टियो के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात्: --
(क ) सेलुलोजिक एसीटेट तन्तु अन्तर्वस्तु 1.80 रु ० (केवल एक रुपया और अस्सी पैसे ) प्रति कि ० ग्रा० ।
2. उप- क्रम स ० 2503 के खंड ( ग ) की मद ( 1 ) की उप-मद ( ग ) और तत्सबधी प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्
(ग) सेलुलोजिक एसीटेट तन्तु
1.90 रु ० ( केवल एक रुपया और नब्ब पैसे) प्रति कि० ग्रा० ।
यह सार्वजनिक सूचना मई , 1977 के चौथे दिन से लागू हुई मानी जायगी ।

No. 602 / 2 / 70 - DBK published in the Gazette of India , extra - ordinary , dated the 25th August, 1971 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Table published in the Public Notice No. DRAWBACK PN- 1 dated the 15th October 1971 , as amended from time to time.-
For the words " Made up articles made of appearing under the column description of goods against item (A) of sub - serial No 2719 read " Knitwear and other made up articles made of-".
This Public Notice shall be deemed to have come into force on the 15th day of July , 1977 .

सं ० प्रतिभ्रदायगी सा ० स०-32 / 77 . सीमाशुल्क तथा केन्द्रीय उत्पादन शुल्क प्रतिभदा- यगी नियमावली , 1971 ( भारत के राजपत्र श्रमाधारण दिनाक 25 अगस्त , 1971 में प्रका- णित अधिसूचना म ० 52 फा ० म ० 602′2'70 -प्र ० अ ० ) के नियम 4 के अधीन केन्द्रीय सरकार समय समय पर यथा सणोधिन मार्वजनिक सूचना स ० प्रतिश्रदायगी सा ० सू० 1 , दिनाक 15 अक्तूबर , 1971 में प्रकाणिन सारणी में एतद्वारा , निम्नलिखित सशोधन करती है
उप- क्रमांक 2719 की मद ( क ) के सामने माल के विवरण के स्तम्भ के नीचे प्रकाशित " निम्न- लिखित से बनी तैयार वस्तुए-" शब्दों के स्थान पर " निम्नलिखित से बनें बुने हुए वस्त्र ( निटवियर) तथा अन्य तैयार वस्तुए-" पढें ।
यह सार्वजनिक सूचना जुलाई , 1977 के 15 वे दिन को लागू हुई मानी जायगी ।

For the words and figures " 12th day of January , 1977 , and shall remain in force upto 30-6-1977 , unless withdrawn carlıer " appealing in the last paragraph of the said Public Notice Read " 12th day of January , 1977 "

सं० प्रतिश्रदायगी सा ० सू 33 77.- सीमाशल्क तथा केन्द्रीय उत्पादन शुल्क प्रतिअदायगी नियमा- वली, 1971 , ( भारत के राजपत्र असाधारण , दिनाक 25 अगस्त, 1971 में प्रकाशित अधिसूचना सं ० 52 फा ० स ० 602′270- प्र ० श्र ० ) के नियम 4 के अधीन, केन्द्रीय सरकार मार्वजनिक सूचना म ० प्रतिअदायगी' सा ० सू ० 23 दिनांक 10 जून , 1977 में एतद्गराग , निम्नलिखित सशोधन करती है
उक्त सार्वजनिक सूचना के अन्तिम पैराग्राफ में प्रकाशित " जनवरी , 1977 के 12वें दिन को लागू हुई मानी जाएगी और 30-6-1977 तक लागू रहेगी , बशर्ते कि यह इससे पहले वापिस नही ले ली गयी हो " शब्दों और अंको के स्थान पर " जनवरी , 1977 के 12 वें दिन को लागू हुई मानी जायगी । " पढ़ें ।
