S.O. 589(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Section (2) of section I of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Orders, (Amendment) Act, 1976 (108 of 1976), the Central Government hereby appoints the 27th day of July, 1977 as the date on which the said Act shall come into force
