No. P EP (4)/76.—In pursuance of the powers conferred on them by Section 3(i)(b) of the Major Port Trusts Act 1963, the Central Government hereby appoints Capt. V. L. Choudhary, Deputy Conservator, Paradip Port Trust, as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Pott of Paradip with effect from the Fore-noon of 1st August, 1977 until further orders.
