COFFEE CONTROL
NEW Delhi, the 28 th July 1977
S.O. 590(E)—In pursuance of clause (b") of sub-section (2) of section 4 of the Coffee Act, 1942 (7 of 1942), read with rule 4 of the Coffee Rules, 1955, the Central Government hereby notifies the election of Shri A, C George and Dr Subramaniam Swamy, both Mem- bers of the House of the People as members of the Coffee Board, Bangalore, vice Shri A. K. Gopalan and Shri Tulsidas Dasappa, and directs that Shri A. C.George and Dr Subra- maniam Swamy shall hold office with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette and upto the 18th November, 1977 or until they cease to be members of the House of the People, whichever is earlier
