S.O. 591 ( E ) . In pursuance of section 67 of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 ( 43 of 1951 ) , the following declaration containing the name of the candidate elected to fill the seat in the Council of States of a member who retired on the 6th August , 1975 , on the expiration of his term of office , is published for general information
DECLARATION
Elecion to the Council of States by the members of the electoral college of the Union Terr.- tory of Pondhcierry .
"In pursuance of the provisions contained in section 66 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 , read with clause ( a ) of sub - rule ( 1 ) ofof rule 84 of the Conduct of Elections Rules , 1961 I declare that-
Thiru V. P. Munusamy
Venkata Nagar Extension , Pondicherry ,
has been duly elected to fill the seat in the Council of States in the vacancy caused by the retirement of member on the expiry of his term of office on the 6th August , 1975 .

का० प्रा ० 591 ( श्र ) -लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1951 (1951 का 43 ) की धारा 67 के अनुसरण मे , निम्नलिखित घोषणा , जिसमे अपनी पदावधि की समाप्ति पर तारीख 6 अगस्त, 1975 को निवृत्त होने वाले सदस्य के राज्य सभा में स्थान को भरने के लिए निर्वाचित अभ्यर्थी का नाम दिया गया है , सर्वसाधारण की जानकारी के लिए प्रकाशित की जाती है

पाडिचेरी मंघ राज्यक्षेत्र के निर्वाचनःगण के रास्दयों द्वारा राज्य सभा का निर्वाचन ।
"निर्वाचन का संचालन नियम , 1961 के नियम 84 के उपर्नामय , ( 1 ) के खण्ड ( क ) के माथ पठित लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1951 की धारा 66 में अन्र्तावष्ट उपबन्धो के अनुसरण में , मै घोषित करता है कि , सदस्य के अपनी पदावधि की समाप्ति पर 6 अगस्त , 1975 को निवृत्त होने के कारण राज्य सभा मे रिक्त हुए स्थान को भरने के लिए--

S.O. 592 ( E) .-Whereas election has been held in pursuance of the notification No SO . 540 (E) , dated the 8th July , 1977 , issued under section 12 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951 ) , for the purpose of filling the seat of the member of the Council of States elected by the elected members of the Legislative Assembly of the Union Territory ( f Pondicherry who retired on the 6th August , 1975 , on the expiration of his term of office;
Now, therefore , in pursuance of section 71 of the said Act , the name of the member elected by the elected members of the Legislative Assembly of the Union territory of Pondicherry 18 hereby notified for general information :

का ० ग्रा ० 592 ( श्र ) . यत. पांडीचेरीनघ राज्यक्षेत्र की विधान सभा के निर्वाचित सदस्यों द्वारा निर्वाचित राज्य सभा के उस सदस्य के, जा अपनी पदावधि की समाप्ति पर 6 अगस्त , 1975 को निवृत्त हो गए है , स्थान को भरने के प्रयोजना लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 43) की धारा 12 के अधीन जारी की गई नारीख 8 जुलाई, 1977 की अधिसूचना सं ० का ० आ ० 540 ( ड ० ) के अनुसरण में निर्वाचन कराया गया है ,
मत अब उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 71 के अनुसरण में, पाडीचेरी सघ राज्यक्षेत्र की विधान पभा के निर्वाचित पदप्यो द्वारा निर्वाचित सदम्य का नाम सर्वसाधारण की जानकारी के लिए अधिसूचित किया जाता है
