G.S.R. 544 (E ) .--In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 3ofile All India Services Act , 1951 ( 61 of 1951 ) read with sub - rule ( 1 ) , and the first provis to sub - rule (2) of Rule 4 of the Indian Administrative Service ( Cadre ) Rules , 1954 , the Central Goverment , in consultation with the Government f Ahdhra Pradesh , hereby makes the following regula- tions further to amend the Indian Administrative Service ( Fixation of Cadie Strength) Regula- tions , 1955 , namely :-
1. ( 1 ) These regulations may be called the Indian Administrative Service ( Fixation of Cadre Strength ) Thirteenth Amendment Regulate ns , 1977
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette ,

सा०का ० ति ० 544 ( श्र ) भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( संवर्ग ) नियम , 1954 के नियम 4 के उप -नियम ( 2 ) के प्रथम परन्तुक और उप नियम ( 2 ) के साथ पडित अखिल भारतीय अधिनियम 1951 ( 1951 का 61 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियो का THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY PART II- SEC . 3 ( 1 ) 1560
प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार श्रान्ध्र प्रदेश सरकार के परामर्श से भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( संवर्ग संख्या का नियतन ) विनियम 1955 में और आगे संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाती है , अर्थातः-
1 ( 1 ) इन विनियमो का नाम भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( संवर्ग संख्या का नियतन ) तेरहवां सशोधन विनियम , 1977 है ।
( 2) ये संशोधन भारत के राजपत्त्र मे प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( संवर्ग सख्या का नियतन ) विनियम , 1955 की अनुसूची मे "आन्ध्र प्रदेश" , शीर्षक और उसके अधीन प्रविष्टियो के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापति किया जाएगा, अर्थात्:-

1. ( 1 ) These rules may be called the Indian Administrative Service (Pay ) VIIIth Amend- ment Rules , 1977 .

(2) They shall came into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .

सा० का ० नि० 545 ( श्र)- भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( वेतन ) नियम , 1954 के नियम 11 के साथ पठित अखिल भारतीय सेवा अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 61 ) की धारा ( 3 ) की उप धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार , श्रन्ध्र प्रदेश सरकार के परामर्श से , भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( वेतन ) नियम , 1954 में और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम एतद्वारा बनाती है , अर्थान्ः-
1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का नाम भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( वेतन ) आठवां संशोधन नियम, 1977 है ।
( 2 ) ये राजपक्ष में प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होगे ।
2. भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( वेतन ) नियम , 1954 की अनुसूची III-क मे : -
(क) राज्य सरकार के अधीन भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा के वरिष्ठ वेतनमान से ऊपर वेतन बाले पद सारणी मे " आन्ध्र प्रदेश " के सामने विद्यमान प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्न- लिखित प्रविष्टिय। प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी अर्थात्:--
