New Delhi, the 2nd August 1977
S.O. 6C3(E) —In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (2) of article 77 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Authentication (Orders and other Instruments) Rules, 1958, namely — 1 (1) These rules May be called the Authentication (Orders and other Instru- ments) Fifth Amendment Rules, 1977
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2 In rule 2 of the Authentication (Orders and other Instruments,) Rules, 1958, for clause (29) the following clause shall be substituted, namely —
