No 14047/2G/77-AIS(II) — In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 6 of the IAS (Cadre) Rules, 1054, and with the concurrence of the Govern- ment of Uttar Pradesh, the Central Government hereby accords —
(1) ex-post facto approval to the deputation of Shri B N Tandon, a mem- ber of the Indian Administrative Service borne on the Cadre of Uttar Pradesh for service under Delhi Administration as Chief Secretary from 30thJuly, 1977 (FN) to the date of issue of this notification, and
(11) approval to the continued deputation of Shri B N Tandon for service under Delhi Administration from the date of issue of this notifica- tion till further orders
