New Delhi, the 3rd August 1977
G S.R, 549(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the All India Services Act, 1951 (61 of 1951) read with rule 11 of the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Rules, 1954, the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Rules, 1954, namely —
1 (1) These rules may be tailed the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Ninth Amendment Rules, 1977
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette
