S.R.O 14-E.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of sec- tion 2 of the Armed Forces (Emergency Duties) Act, 1£47 (15 of 1947), the Cen- tral Government hereby declares every service forming part of, or connected with, the generation, supply, operation, and maintenance of electricity and running of generation stations and sub-ttations in the State of Assam to be a service of vital importance to the community
