RUBBER CONTROL
New Delhi, the 6th August 1977
S. O. 608(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (I) of section 13 of the Rubber Act, 1947 (24 of 1947), and in supersession of the notifications of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Foreign Trade No. S. O. 3006, dated the 12th September, 1970 and No. S. O. 3119, dated the 14th September, 1970, the Central Government hereby fixes with immediate effect and for a period up-to the 31 st day of March, 1978, for all classes of business the following minimum prices ex-nearest District headquarters, exclusive of cess and sales tax, for the various grades and qualities of rubber and latex of different concentrations, excluding the cost of container, as mentioned below, namely:—
