S.O. 610(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-sec- tion (5) of section 5, clause (a) of sub-section (6) of section 6 and clause (a) of sub-section (7) of section 7 of the Territorial Waters, Continental Shelf, Exclusive Economic Zone and other Maritime Zones Act, 1976 (80 of 1976). the Central Government hereby extends the provisions of the Imports and Exports (Control) Act, 1947 (18 of 1947), as amended from time to time, to the contigu- ous zone of India, the continental shelf of India and the exclusive economic zone of India
