NOTIFICATION
Calcutta, the 10th August 1977
S.O. 611(E) —In exercise of the powers conferred by clause 8 of the Jute (Licensing & Control Order, 1961 the Jute Commissioner hereby fixes the press mentioned in the appended appended to this Notification as the . minimum prices at which ,jute and mesta of different varieties and grades specified in the said schedule shall be purchased or sold at the up-country markets in different areas mentioned there in during the section July, 1977 to June- 1978
Explanation:- The prices mentioned in the schedule appended to this Notification shall be exclusive of purchase tax, sales tax, market levies and commission.
