OPEN GENERAL LICENCE NO. CXVI
SO. 615(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports and Exports (Control) Act, 1947 (XVIII of 1947) the Central Government gives general permission for Import of (1) Prototype (2) Office equipment and (3) Consumables for office equipment from any country into Kandla Free Trade Zone, Gandhidham and Santa Cruz Electronics Export Processing Zone, Bombay, until further orders
2 Import of the aforesaid items will be subject to the fulfilment of the terms and conditions laid down in Open General Licence No, CXIII and CXIV respectively issued under Order No 8/77 and 9/77 both dated 27th April, 1977.
