EXPORT TRADE CONTROL

New Delhi, the 11th August 1977

S.O. 616(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports & Exports (Control) Act, 1947, (18 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, namely—

1. This Order may be culled the Exports (Control) Twelth Amendment Order, 1977.

2 In Part 'A', Schedule I, to the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, the following entry against S No, 30 shall be deleted.—

"Cedar wood oil of Non-ISI Specification".
