S.O 618(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Commission of Inquiry Act, 1952 (60 of 1952), the Central Government hereby directs that all the provisions of sub-section (2), sub-section (3) and sub-section (5) of the said section shall apply to the Commission of Inquiry appointed by the Central Government by notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Railways (Railway Board) No 77/E(O)II/1/4, dated 30-6-1977 published in the Government of India Gazette Extraordinary issue of 1-7-1977.
