G.S.R 580 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 25 of the Customs Act , 1962 ( 52 of 1962 ) , the Central Government , being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of India in the Department of Revenue and Banking (Revenue Wing ) No. 133 - Customs , dated the 1st July , 1977

सा० का ० नि० 580 ( अ ) -केन्द्रीय सरकार , मीमा शुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 25 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , यह समाधान हो आने पर कि ऐसा करना लोकहित मे आवश्यक है , भारत सरकार के राजस्व और बैंकिंग विभाग ( राजस्व पक्ष ) की अधिसूचना स ० 133 - सीमा शुल्क तारीख 1 जुलाई , 1977 को विखण्डित करती है ।

G.S R. 581 (E ) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 25 of the Customs Act , 1962 (52 of 1962) read with sub - section ( 4 ) of section 3 of the Finance Act , 1977 ( 11 of 1977 ) , the Central Government , being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interests so to do , hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Department of Revenue and Banking ( Revenue Wing ) No. 123 -Customs dated the 1st July , 1977 , namely
In the Schedule to the said notification , sertal No 153 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted,

सा० का ० नि ० 581 ( श्र ) -केन्द्रीय सरकार , वित्त अधिनियम , 1977 ( 1977 का 11 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 4 ) के साथ पठित सीमा-शुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 25 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए , यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोकहित मे ऐसा करना आवश्यक है , भारत सरकार के राजस्व और बैंकिंग विभाग ( राजस्व पक्ष ) कीअधिसूचना स ० 123 सीमा शुल्क तारीख 1 जुलाई, 1977 में निम्नलिखित सशोधन और करती है, अर्थात्
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में से क्रम मख्या 153 और उससे सम्बद्ध प्रविष्टियों का लोप किया जाएगा ।

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 25 of the Customs Act , 1962 ( 52 of 1962 ) , the Central Government , being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Department of Revenue and Banking (Revenue Wing ) No 132 - Customs , dated the 1st July , 1977 , namely
In the said notification , for the words and figures " from so much of that portion of the Juty of customs leviable thereon , which is specified in the said Fust Schedule as is in excess of 20 per cent ad valorem " , the following shall be substituted , namesly "from so much of that portion of the duty of customs leviable thereon whien 19 speci- fied in the said Fust Schedule as is in excess of-
( a) 50 per cent ad valorem where the standard rate of duty is leviable , (b ) 40 per cent ad valorem where the preferential rate of duty is leviable. "

सा ० का ० नि० 582 ( श्र ) केन्द्रीय सरकार , सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 25 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि ऐसा करना लोकहित में आवश्यक है , भारत सरकार के राजस्व और बैंकिंग विभाग ( राजस्व पक्ष ) की अधिसूचना सख्या 132 मीमा शुल्क तारीख 1 जुलाई , 1977 में निम्नलिखित सशोधन करती है, अर्थात् ---
उक्त अधिसूचना मे " उक्त प्रथम अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट उस पर उदग्रहणीय सीमा-शुल्क के उनने भाग से छूट देती है जो मूल्य के 20 प्रतिशत से अधिक है " शब्दों और अकों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा , अर्थात् --
"उन पर उग्रहणीय मीमा शुल्क के उनने भाग से जो उक्त प्रथम अनुसूची मे विनिर्दिष्ट है और जो निम्नलिखित से अधिक है छूट देती है: --
( क) मूल्य का 50 प्रतिशत , जहा शुल्क मानक दर पर उदग्रहणीय है ;
