New Delhi, the 19th August 1977
S.O. 620 ( E ) / 18A / IDRA / 77 - Whereas by the Ordu of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industual Development (Department of Industrial Development ) No SO 678 ( E ) / 18A / IDRA / 72 , dated the 24th October , 1972 , the management of the industrial undertaking known as Messrs Carter Pooler and Company Private Limited , Calcutta , had been taken over by the Authorised Controller referred to in that Order for a period of five years , And whereas the Central Government is of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest that the management of the said industrial undertaking by the said Authorised Controller should continue for a luither period of two years ,
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to sub - section ( 2 ) of section 18A of the Industries ( Development and Regulation ) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , the Central Government herchy duects that the Order mentioned above shall continue to have effect for a further period of two years .

फा ० प्रा० 620 ( श्र ) 18 फ आई ० डी ० आर ० ए ० '77 - भारत सरकार के भूतपूर्व औद्योगिक विकास मवालय ( श्रौद्योगिक विकास विभाग ) के आदेश सं ० का ० आ ० 678 ( श्र ) 18क आई ० डी ० आर ० ए ० 72 , तारीख 24 अक्तूबर , 1972 द्वारा मैसर्स कार्टर पूलर एण्ड कम्पनी प्राइवेट लि० , कलकत्ता नामक औद्योगिक उपक्रम का प्रबन्ध , उस आदेश मे निदिष्ट अधिकृत नियत्रकद्वारा पाच वर्ष की अवधि के लिए ग्रहण कर लिया गया था ;
और केन्द्रीय सरकार की राय है कि लोकहित मे यह समीचीन है कि उक्त अधिकृत नियंत्रक द्वारा उक्त श्रौद्योगिक उपक्रम का प्रबन्ध दो वर्ष की और श्रवधि के लिए जारी रहना चाहिए ;
अत अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार उद्योग ( विकास और विनयमन ) अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 65 ) की धारा 18 क की उपधारा ( 2 ) के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए , निदेश देनी है कि ऊपर उल्लिखित आदेश दो वर्ष की और अवधि के लिए प्रभावी बना रहेगा ।

S.O. 621 (E ) / 18FB / IDRA/ 77 . Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industrial Development ( Department of Industrial Development ) No. SO 455 ( E ) / 18FB / IDRA / 73 , d'ated the 31st August , 1973 , ( hereinafter referred to as the said Order ) , the Central Government , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of section 18FB of the Industries ( Development and Regulation ) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , declared that the operation of all or any of the contracts , assurances of property, agreements , settlements , awards or other instruments in force immediately before the publi- cation of the said Order in the Official Gazette to which the industrial undertaking known as Messrs Carter Pooler and Company Private Limited , Calcutta , is a party or which may be applicable to the said industrial undertaking shall remain suspended for a period of one year and all rights , privileges , obligations and liabilities accruing or arising thereunder before the said date shall remain suspended for a period of one year ;
And whereas the duration of the said Order was extended upto the 30th August , 1977 ; And whereas the Central Government is satisfied that the duration of the said Order should be extended for a further period upto and inclusive of the 30th August , 1978 , Now, theretore , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) , read with sub- section ( 2 ) of section 18FB of the Industries ( Development and Regulation ) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , the Central Government hereby extends the duration of the said Order for a fur- ther period upto and inclusive of the 30th August , 1978

का ० ग्रा० 621 ( प्र) 18 - चल उ ० वि ० वि ० अ ० 77 .-- भारत सरकार के भूतपूर्व औद्योगिक विकास मंत्रालय ( औद्योगिक विकास विभाग ) के श्रादेश म ० का ० आ ० 455 ( श्रमा ० ) 18 चख उ ० वि ० वि ० अ ० 73 , तारीख 31 अगस्त , 1973 द्वारा ( जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त आदेश कहा गया है ) केन्द्रीय सरकार ने उद्योग ( विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम 1951 ( 1951 का 65 ) की धारा 18 चख की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए, घोषित किया था कि राजपत्त्र में उक्त श्रादेश के प्रकाशन के ठीक पूर्व प्रवृत्त ऐसी सभी या किसी संबिदा, सम्मति के हस्तांतरण-पत्र , करार , समझौते, पंचाट या अन्य लिखित का , जिनका' जिसका मेसर्स कार्टर भारत का असाधारण राजपत्र

पूलर एण्ड कम्पनी प्राइवेट लिमिटेड , कलकत्ता नामक औद्योगिक उपक्रम एक पक्षकार है या जो उक्त उपक्रम को लागू हो या हो , प्रवर्तन एक वर्ष की अवधि के लिए निलम्बित रहेगा और उक्त तारीख से पूर्व तधीन प्रोदभूत या उद्भूत होने वाले सभी अधिकार , विशेषाधिकार , बाध्यताए और दायित्व एक वर्ष की अवधि के लिए निलम्बित रहेगे ;
और उक्त आदेश की कालावधि 30 अगस्त , 1977 तक बढ़ा दी गई थी ;
और केन्द्रीय सरकार का समाधान हो गया है कि उक्त आदेश की कालावधि 30 अगस्त, 1978 तक , जिसमे वह दिन भी सम्मिलित है , को अ.र अवधि के लिए बढ़ा दी जानी चाहिए ,
श्रत , अब , केन्द्रीय सरकार, उद्योग ( विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1951 (1951 का 65 ) की धारा 18 चख की उपधारा ( 2 ) के साथ पठित उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए , उक्त आदेश की कालावधि 30 अगस्त, 1978 तक , जिसमे यह दिन भी सम्मिलिति है, को और अवधि के लिए बढ़ाती है ।
