New Delhi, the 20th August 1977
S.O. 622(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 11 of the Copyright Act, 1957 (14 of 1957), the Central Government hereby appoint Shri Ch Ramakrishna Rao, Joint Secretary and Legal Adviser in the Ministry of Law, Justice and Company Affairs (Department of Legal Affairs), as member of the Copyright Board vice Shri B S Sekhon. Shri Ch. Ramakrishna Rao shall hold office for the remaining term of the Board which is to expire on 23rd September, 1980 or till the date he holds his present office in the Ministry of Law, Justice and Company Affairs, whichever date is earlier
