EXPORT TRADE CONTROL

New Delhi, the 20th August 1977

S.O. 624(E )/ E(C) O, 1977/AM(13) —In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the lmport and Exports (Control)Act, 1947 (18 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following order further to amend the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, namely —

1. This order may be called the Exports (Control) Thirteenth Amendment Order, 1977.

2 In Part 'B' of Schedule I to the Exports (Control) Order, 1977 the following item shall be added after item No" 10.

"10A. Eggs".

3. In the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, in OGL-3 alter item No. 4 the following shall be added —
