S.O. 627(E)/77—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 18FA of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industry and Civil Supplies (Department of Industrial Development) No SO 422(E), dated the 5th August, 1975, namely:—
