NOTIFICATIONS
New Delhi, the 22 August, 1977
S.R.O. 15-E.—Whereas the Central Government by the notification of the Government of India m the Ministry of Defence, No. S R.O. 36-E, dated the 1st September, 1976, had declared that for the administration of the secunderdbad Cantonment, it was desirable to vary the constitution of the Cantonment Board, Secunderabad;
And whereat,, the Central Government is satisfied that for the admnistration of the Cantonment Board, Secunderabad, it is desirable to extend the term of office of the said Board by a further period;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to sub- section (4) of section 14 oi the Cantonments, Act, 1924 (2 of 1924), the Central Government hereby extends the term of office of the said Board upto and mclu- sive of the 31st December, 1977.

SJt.0. 16-E.—In pursuance of sub-section (3), read with clauses (b) and (c) of "sub-section 2, of section 14 of the Cantonments Act. 1924 (2 of 1924) the Central Government hereby notifies that the following persons have been nomi- nated by the Officer Commanding the Station to be the members of the Canton- ment Board, Secunderabad with effect from the 2nd September, 1977 upto and inclusive of the 31st December, 1977, namely:—
1. Lt. Col. S. B. Gangoly—nominated under clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 14.
2 Shri Sunnigenti Jagannatham son of Shri Achiram—nominated under clause
